Our staff combines years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Phallon Doss, Au.D.
Owner & Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Phallon Doss is a leader in the field of audiology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Woman’s University, and received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of North Texas. She has extensive experience in a wide range of audiologic procedures, including diagnostic hearing examinations, hearing aid selection and fitting, electrophysiology in the surgical setting, and cochlear implant programming. She is credited as performing the first cochlear implant activation in Schertz, TX.

Ashley Zamarripa, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology & Lead Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Ashley Zamarripa received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Zamarripa joins the practice with experience in a wide variety of audiologic procedures, including diagnostic hearing testing, hearing aid selection and fitting, electrophysiology testing, and cochlear implant programming. While attending TTUHSC she worked at several ENT placements and multiple hospitals. Dr. Zamarripa completed her clinical residency in audiology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic Health System in Minnesota.

Jenny Blanco-Doe, Au.D.

Dr. Jenny Blanco-Doe joins Doss Audiology with over 20 years experience as a clinical audiologist in a variety of settings, including private practice, ENT, and major hospital systems. Dr. Blanco-Doe also served as the Director of Audiology for a large ENT group in North Carolina. She has a vast knowledge of audiology and a genuine desire to serve others. Dr. Blanco-Doe is a proud military spouse and is excited to work in the greater San Antonio area.

James D. Doss II
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. James Doss joined Doss Audiology & Hearing Center in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. He graduated from the University of North Texas, and came to us with 10 years experience in business and finance. Mr. Doss was previously a Fraud Analyst for Frost Bank.
James is from a military family and graduated as a proud Clemens High School Buffalo, where he was a star football player. As our Practice Manager, James is eager to help bring quality hearing healthcare to Central and South Texas.
Marta Carrasquillo
Front Office Coordinator

Marta Carrasquillo serves as our Schertz Front Office Clerk. Ms. Carrasquillo recently moved to Texas from New York, and joins Doss Audiology & Hearing Center with over 15 years of medical office experience. She is fluent in Spanish and is eager to bring her medical office expertise to our clinics. Marta is an avid walker and has enjoyed getting to know her new city.
Kristy Padalecki
Patient Care Manager-Floresville
Kristy Padalecki joins Doss Audiology & Hearing Center with over 20 years of medical office experience, primarily in the dental field. She has was a warm and compassionate demeanor and is excited to help people on their path to better hearing. Kristy works mainly in our Floresville location, but you can see her in Schertz at least one day a week. She and her husband keep busy helping their daughter with her agricultural activities and school projects.
Maggie Capps
Front Office Clerk
Maggie Capps recently moved to our area from Houston with her son and husband of 24 years. She has a background in oil & gas and in dental offices. Maggie is currently taking courses to become a Certified Medical Assistant. In her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time enjoying the outdoors with her family and paddle boarding. She is very excited to be part of Doss Audiology team!
Faye Henderson
Insurance Specialist
Faye Henderson serves as our Insurance Specialist. She is a previous small business owner and is excited to take on this new role with Doss Audiology. Mrs. Henderson spends her day communicating with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and estimate patient out-of-pocket expenses, which is no small feat! She resides in Schertz and enjoys spending time with her large family.
